hope this isn't too personal but.. what did you find was the best way to lose weight? And when you had to eat something what was the best-tasting-lowest-cal thing?

i didnt loose weight intentionally, i was in a state of emotional wreck following events that are too personal to go into and i found that not eating was my method of coping... i only had 3 celery sticks daily so im sorry but i cant answer that :\
